W.W.O.M.B.B Community Health Specialists is a health service dedicated to community health work. As Community Health Workers, our specialists provide education, information, advocacy, and resources to improve and manage the health and well-being of individuals in the community, including those with disabilities, chronic health conditions, and home or food insecurities that can lead to worse health outcomes. Our Community Health Specialists are trained in various aspects of holistic health and well-being, and our main goal is to improve and enhance the health outcomes of all individuals we work with, regardless of age or gender.
